"Its very important to reas other reviews on places. Big thanks. I enjoyed my stay overall. I was greeted wirh a smile and professionalism with one staff members. I changed my room and once I told her the reason she was very professional and empathetic. That means alot to me. I have over 30k followers as a single mom looking to pamper herself I would def recommend this place. Reason why I gave it a 4- while I took a shower the water rise up to 2 inches after 8minutes. I felt uncomfortable and I thought nobody want to feel that much water at their feet while showering off. Light in the bathroom too low. Again overall I had a great stay. Thank u"

"It is a mixed experience. The hotel overall is well-maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and generally comfortable. However, the bed was a major issue. The mattress was clearly worn out and lacked proper support. I got completely sank into it, which made it very difficult to sleep and left my back sore. The bed frame also seemed damaged, as it made loud cracking noises every time I moved. This not only woke me up repeatedly but also disturbed my kids sleeping in the same room. If I hadn’t gone to bed so late and my kids were already asleep, I would have requested a room change. Unfortunately, the noise got so bad that I ended up sitting in the sofa chair for much of the night just to help avoid waking my family. Given the poor sleep quality and the condition of the bed, I believe a partial refund would be reasonable. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend checking the bed as soon as you get to your room rather than waiting until late at night."
